Consulting Services: Grazing & Organic Livestock Production
Having studied and researched Management Intensive Grazing with Bill Murphy at the University of Vermont in the early 1990's, Lisa McCrory evolved from the status of graduate student to Pasture Management Consultant with UVM's Pasture Management Outreach Program (PMOP). This job entailed working closely with dairy and beef producers on grazing strategies, Holistic Management Planning, seasonal dairying, economics, and livestock health and nutrition. From 1996 to 2008, Lisa continued offering her services through NOFA Vermont's Dairy and Livestock Assistance Program. Lisa consults privately, offering her services as a speaker, or on-farm consultant for groups or individuals.

On-Farm Consultations
Lisa is available to work with groups or individuals in developing a grazing plan
or getting introduced to the fundamentals of Management Intensive Grazing (MIG).

Speaking at Conferences Lisa works as the Newsletter and Web Editor for the Northeast Organic Dairy Producers Alliance (NODPA), is an eOrganic Organic Dairy Team Leader for eOrganic Extension, and is an Advisory Council Member and Livestock Advisory Panel member for the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI). As a result, Lisa stays very involved with organic dairy and livestock issues on a national and a local level.
