Certified Organic Hard Neck Garlic

Our Garlic is grown using organic and biodynamic practices. We grow a hard neck variety of Garlic from seed stock that has been grown on our farm for over 12 years. The garlic has a nice strong flavor; great for cooking, pickling, drying, adding to salads, etc. We sell our garlic in beautiful braids or by the pound. The braids are great for an 'edible decoration' around your home, and can last 7-8 months depending upon where you choose to hang them.
